As companies struggle with employee attraction and retainment, these TEC Members won the employer’s choice award for two of Ottawa’s Best Places to work in 2022! Congratulations to Pierce Ujjainwalla of Knak, email marketing software company, and Danny Dillon of Dilfo Manufacturing, mechanical contracting, HVAC services, and plumbing & heating firms and Derrick Hanson of Attain – an IT services firm, which was honoured with the top spot. Your efforts to put employees first has not gone unnoticed.

A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN – ARIA VENT AND TRIPAR INC
Two TEC Canada members join forces to support the Canadian manufacturing landscape and economy—Roberta Mantenuto of Aria Vent, custom air vent solutions, and Lloyd Sevack of Tripar Inc, CNC Fabrication, Metal Stamping & Engineering Services. These father-daughter teams have formed a strategic relationship as Aria Vent scales up with popular demand and Tripar conducts a full engineering review of their parts and designs. We love seeing TEC relationships forged!
