Bob is the consummate TEC Chair and the reason I have been a member of TEC236 for more than 25 years.

It’s lonely at the top. As a leader we are accountable for everything in our organization, every life we employ as weil as their families. Our ability to impact our team is huge and without Bob we do all this in a vacuum.
