As a TEC Small Business Chair, I work with founders and business owners who are scaling their companies and need to make better decisions, faster while building organizations that are resilient, profitable, and positioned for long-term value creation. What differentiates me is the combination of cross sector executive experience and a practical, systems-driven approach to growth that translates directly into results.

My career spans leadership roles across oil and gas, logistics, transportation, warehousing, software development, business consulting, finance, and digital marketing. This breadth allows me to bring both strategic perspective and operational depth to the real-world challenges business owners face. I have led organizations through growth, turnaround, and transformation – improving execution, strengthening accountability, and aligning teams around clear, outcome-driven priorities.

I began my career with Canadian National Railway, where I built a strong foundation in disciplined execution, decision-making, and leading under pressure. I later held senior leadership roles – including CEO, COO, and Country Manager – across organizations such as IBM, CGI, Rogers, and TELUS, in addition to leading multiple startup and turnaround ventures. Along the way, I have experienced both success and failure, each contributing to a deeper understanding of what it takes to build and scale a business. My focus has consistently been on people, process, and performance – driving accelerated growth.

On a personal level, I value time with family and staying active. My wife and I enjoy horses, motorcycles, and road trips to the mountains, along with time spent with friends—whether that’s a casual coffee or a Stampede breakfast. I am committed to continuous learning, mentorship, and giving back by supporting the next generation of business leaders.
