Bruce’s Topics

The Product Opportunity Mapping session helps companies identify, evaluate, and compare new product opportunities to build corporate resilience and long-term prosperity. By asking four key questions—what business problem you’re solving, who the customer is, who your competitors are, and how you’ll win—this session increases product development ROI and fosters internal consensus and accountability. Led by Bruce Alton, a seasoned startup founder, executive, and investor, the session draws on his 30 years of experience in software, real estate, advanced manufacturing, and venture capital. Bruce’s framework is based on global best practices, real-life case studies, and his personal experiences with product development across startups and established businesses.
