Becky Sharpe, a Vistage member for 15 years, is the CEO and owner of three businesses: International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Collegiate Sports Data, and WatchGameFilm, with a focus on effective leadership and innovation through continuous growth. She co-founded ISTS in 2002, became the sole owner in 2008, and transitioned the company to a 100% women-owned organization. She led CSD’s shift from a paper-based system to 100% online in just 12 months. Becky’s leadership has earned ISTS national recognition, including multiple appearances on Inc.’s 5000 fastest-growing companies list and awards for exemplary workplace practices. She holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in international marketing, and she serves on several boards while pursuing a helicopter pilot’s license in her spare time.

This workshop helps participants uncover their best selves by focusing on eight key areas: Mindset, Physical, Entourage, Fiscal, Nature, Community, Family, and Timeline. By prioritizing these areas, attendees will learn simple, effective ways to sharpen their skills and focus on what brings them the most positive energy. Participants will also evaluate their ‘three words’—core values—and identify their shadows or opposites, helping them fully evolve into the best version of themselves and lead a more fulfilling life.
