“Working with CEOs and business leaders in their world of possibilities, supporting them to make it a reality, and inspiring seemingly impossible futures”
Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
As a global leader and public speaker, I am a highly accomplished CEO and entrepreneur. With over 25 years of expertise in professional services across multiple industries such as utility, mining, energy, IT, and more, my journey has been marked by a focus on coaching and consulting, with an emphasis on managing change.
In 2003, I founded Cocentric Solutions Inc., a boutique management consulting and coaching company where I understood the pressures of delivering results while managing risk effectively. My change management expertise has made a significant impact on stakeholders in groups ranging from 10 to 90,000 employees on a single project, achieving not only project objectives, but also reduced silos leading to cost efficiencies, employee cohesiveness, and brand alignment for organizations.
Celebrating 15 years in business with Cocentric, I have learned the art of letting go and allowing situations to unfold. This lesson was evident in 2018 when I successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in support of WaterAid. My goal was to get into shape and make donors proud by reaching the summit. Instead, it turned out to be a powerful, personal lesson on trust and surrender to the presence of the unknown of each moment, and let it be about the journey and not the destination.
As a TEC Chair, I invite members who are collaborative, authentic, trusting, show integrity, and enjoy life. I value individuals who are willing to be open and supportive, showing vulnerability in their own leadership.
On a personal note, I’m a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Business Degree, earned an MBA from Queens University, and a Certified Executive Coach. I am passionately involved in my community and support various charitable organizations, including CUPS and WaterAid. In my spare time, you’ll find me participating in amateur golf tournaments as a competitive golfer and indulging in my enthusiasm for yoga.
