Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
“TONE at the TOP”. CEOs are esteemed by their employees, clients and business partners. They owe it to them to make the right decisions and adopt the best behaviours, even through difficult times. However, CEOs are human too. They can overcome their own fears, and I want to be at their side to provide support and shine a light. We all need some warmth in our day!
During the last twenty-five years, I had the pleasure of working with CEOs and Boards, accompanying CEOs among national and multinational corporations, and private medium-sized to large growing companies. Before founding Leaders International in 2008, I was senior partner with Korn/Ferry International and The Caldwell Partners, two leading worldwide executive search firms. Prior to that, I cumulated 17 years of management experience with Aramark and Pitney Bowes.
Good governance is a passion for me. I believe that a sturdy sense of ethics combined with mindful human behaviours are the foundations for successful companies. Since 2003, I train board members through the ICD Certification program at Laval University’s “Collège des administrateurs”. In 2002, I founded two prestigious awards in Quebec: “Les grands prix de la gouvernance Korn/Ferry-Revue Commerce” and the “Prix québécois de l’entreprise citoyenne Korn/Ferry – Magazine L’actualité”. In 2010, I published a global study that identified the desired behaviours for an efficient board member.
Starting and scaling a new business has been one of the most rewarding experiences for me. I founded Leaders International in 2008, and it grew successfully to eight offices as an eminent firm in Canada, until its acquisition in 2021. Had I known TEC Canada then, I would have travelled much lighter!
I am blessed by my lovely wife of 37 years, Chantal, and my daughter, Eve, who gave us two wonderful grandsons! As their neighbour, I get to play and learn every day! I enjoy cycling, trekking and travel. I am an avid skier and golfer. Reading life stories inspires me!
