Sandy Gennaro is a world-class drummer, speaker, and author with over 58 years of experience touring and recording with platinum-selling artists, including Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Cyndi Lauper, Joan Jett, Bo Diddley, The Mamas & the Papas, and Johnny Winter. This exciting, inclusive version of my BEAT THE ODDS Presentation includes live drumming and more audience interaction. I also play along with a 4-minute medley of the Top 10 hits by Hall of Fame artists that I’ve been fortunate enough to have been involved with. And there are a few surprises along the way.

My “BEAT THE ODDS” workshop focuses on improving communication, transparency, and relationships within teams, emphasizing the importance of respect and recognition for all, from the janitor to the CEO. We’ll explore solutions to key challenges, highlight the mindset and attitude needed for enduring success, and discuss empowering employees to make decisions and solve problems creatively. Using personal stories from my 55 years with Hall-of-Fame Rock Stars, I’ll show how altruism, gratitude, and service can transform your business, while short video clips of my performances will illustrate key points.
