As a TEC Chair, I create the same confidential, challenging, and supportive environment for my members that I once benefited from myself—helping them work through their biggest decisions, gain fresh perspectives, and grow as impactful leaders. I believe in holding members accountable, challenging them to take action and elevate their performance to the next level.

Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
In my extensive career journey, I draw on decades of leadership experience in senior executive roles and my own journey as a former TEC group member creating the passion to guide a diverse group of business owners, Presidents, and CEOs. My career spans large public corporations, private equity ventures, start-ups, and family-owned businesses in a wide variety of industries that now enrich my role as a TEC Chair.
At Husky Injection Molding Systems, a $1.5 Billion manufacturer of injection molding machines, specialty molds and hot-runner systems, I was responsible for the global operations in North America, Europe, China and India. Implementing the “Factory of the Future” as part of the Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation strategy for the front-to-back organizational value stream, increasing speed and velocity of customer orders, and setting the new benchmark in the industry. Prior to Husky, at Napoleon Products, the iconic manufacturer of Hearth, Grilles & HVAC equipment, with $400 Million in revenue, we embarked on a significant strategic initiative to double sales in five years and I played an integral role in improving and expanding our operational capabilities across North America, Europe and Asia to meet the customer demand and achieve revenue and profitability targets. At Magna International, one of the largest and most complex manufacturers of automotive systems in the world, with $900 Million in revenue for the group, I held senior roles in Canada and the US culminating in the function of Group President, overseeing all business aspects across Canada, U.S., and Mexico. I successfully guided the organization through an aggressive growth period while reducing costs to counter margin pressures.
As I’ve transitioned throughout my career from a tactical manager to an inspirational leader, I know firsthand the impact TEC can have—helping leaders move from action-oriented management to a more balanced, strategic, and people-focused approach that drives both business and personal success.
My European academic background encompasses a Mechanical Engineering degree supported by a minor in Business. In addition to my role as a TEC Chair, I periodically support companies in a Fractional Leadership capacity as another aspect of my consulting business, CompDoc Business Solutions.
On a personal note, I reside in Alliston with my wife and have two adult daughters of which one enjoys the downtown Toronto life, while the other explores everything Amsterdam has to offer. I enjoy camping, hiking, cycling, and exploring winding roads on my motorcycle, and I serve on my local condominium board to give back to my community.
