Hello!
A Little Bit About Me
When leaders work directly with me as their TEC Canada Chair, they will transform their organizations and capabilities to rise to the next challenge, seeing uncharted growth in their companies- and themselves, as a result.
The power of my TEC group lies in my vibrant background. Members will experience a variety of speakers, structured problem-solving, and be held accountable, which has proven results.
My journey in assisting business leaders started in 1997 at Byk Canada, where as Vice President, I led the design and implementation of a national human resources strategy and organizational structure that led to tripling the firm’s revenue growth within its first three years. Continuing my success, I became a partner at ATI Technologies Inc., as the Primary HR leader for four core business areas (Desktop, Software Design, Multimedia, and Marketing) with 1400+ employees globally and over 70% of the $2 billion U.S. company revenue. Later, in 2007, I embraced my entrepreneurial spirit by co-founding and managing Toronto’s premier Italian cycling boutique, InVita Sport Ltd., successfully designing and launching its e-commerce store to serve North American customers. Subsequently, as the COO at Artex Fine Art Services, I designed and led the execution of the company’s strategic roadmap, overseeing a company-wide restructuring plan that led to its successful sale to Iron Mountain Inc. in 2018.
In 2019, I founded Gambit Strategy Group, driven by a passion to help owners of high-performing companies unlock their true and untapped potential. In today’s complex and disruptive world, I believe organizational transformation is essential. By joining my private peer advisory board, entrepreneurs and business leaders gain access to my expertise in guiding organizational improvement and strategies that lead to unparalleled personal and professional success.
My educational background includes an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, a combined B.A. in Economics and Law from Carleton University, and a Human Resource Management Post Graduate Certificate from Sheridan College.
On a personal note, I am a Board Member of the Healing Cycle Foundation in Ontario, a member of the Swiss Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and reside in Toronto with my husband. As a passionate cyclist, I actively participate in the annual 100 km Prosecco Gran Fondo in Veneto, Italy.
