A Little Bit About Me
As a TEC Chair, I help growth-minded owners turn complexity into clarity so they can scale with less chaos and more control. I draw on many decades leading transformation in fast-moving environments as President & Founder of Modern Consulting Group, where I guide organizations from legacy systems to modern, automated, AI-enabled operations. Earlier in my career I held senior roles at ATI and AMD and served as Head of Operations at Grab Singapore during a critical growth phase, helping prepare the company for its IPO. I built high-performing teams and stood up core functions, customer support, QA, and release management—across new countries and departments. I’m known as a “Swiss-Army-knife” leader who can zoom in strategy or pivot to execution, always anchored in practical outcomes.
I’m a long-game golfer, avid traveler, and committed community volunteer, supporting hospice programs. I value connection, authenticity, and growth whether on the course, across the table, or in life’s big chapters.

Ideal members are operators typically in the ~$1M–$5M range who want to optimize systems and processes, reduce owner-dependence, and scale sustainably.
