A Little Bit About Me
I bring a unique blend of academic and practical knowledge, cultivated through many years of experience in the C-Suite.My journey in leadership has provided me with a profound problem-solving ability, complemented by my uncanny talent for quickly diagnosing the culture of an organization. Many who have worked with me have described me as a coach who “just gets it”.
My introduction to the world of business began by answering phones at my first job. Since then, I’ve evolved into a Certified Management Accountant who finds equal joy in working with people as I do numbers. My leadership roles, including Controller, have spanned across various industries- from construction, trucking, and manufacturing to the food processing sector.
Recently, I have turned my passion into becoming a certified Executive Coach. Now, I am building on that foundation by leading my own TEC group, where my focus is on helping business leaders realize their vision through strategic thinking and leadership.
On a personal note, I reside in Vancouver with my partner and share the joys of having three grown children and two granddaughters. Beyond my professional life, I take pleasure in outdoor activities, including cycle touring, hiking, and kayaking, as well as the occasional pursuit of running half marathons. As well, my love for travelling adds another layer to my diverse and fulfilling life.
