A Little Bit About Me
Understanding the increasing challenges faced by top-level executives, including the need to drive profitability, lead result-driven teams, make informed decisions, and balance strategy and operations, I am passionate about serving as a TEC Chair and coach. I recognize that CEOs often turn to their peer advisory group for support in these crucial areas, and I am eager to bring together talented and intelligent leaders to see them thrive.
With over 30 years of experience in the retail, manufacturing, and consulting industries, I have worked for global giants like IKEA and Wal-Mart, driving new revenue streams and recurring annual savings through the development and implementation of innovative strategies. Additionally, I have served on the Board of Directors for the Supply Management Association of Ontario.
My diverse background in consulting, global sourcing, buying and procurement, supply chain management, product development, project management, operations, and marketing, coupled with my executive experience, enables me to offer a unique perspective and develop tailored ideas for success in a highly competitive global market.
Among my achievements, I’ve developed sourcing strategies worth over $360 million, some of these strategies resulted in over $6 million in annual savings by achieving the most competitive prices worldwide. I’ve also helped retailers increase sales through innovative products worth over $10 million in annual revenue. I hold an MBA, an MSc in Global Textile Marketing, and multiple diplomas, am a certified Supply Chain Management Professional and recognized as the highest achiever in a national exam. Currently, I am working towards a coaching certification.
On a personal note, I possess a talent for mentoring entrepreneurs and find energy in activities such as enjoying nature, exercising, and spending meaningful moments with family and friends. I am particularly passionate about helping women discover and connect their inner and outer beauty.
