Becky Sharpe, a Vistage member for 18 years, is the CEO and owner of International Scholarship and Tuition Services, where her focus is on effective leadership and innovation through continuous growth. In 2002, she was hired to run ISTS. At that time, their annual revenues were $3.2M. She credits her Vistage chairs and Vistage experience and her leadership team with helping her grow the business to over $150M today. Becky became the sole owner in 2008 and transitioned the company to a 100% women-owned organization. Becky’s leadership has earned ISTS national recognition, including multiple appearances on Inc.’s 5000 fastest-growing companies list and awards for exemplary workplace practices. She holds a BA from Vanderbilt University in German and French and an MBA in international marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking cycling, gardening, and travel. She has been married for over 35 year and is the proud mother of three adult children.
