Ivan Fredette

Vistage Speaker | Co-Founder - Ironclad Brotherhood | TEC Canada Speaker

Ivan Fredette is a Resilience Speaker, Executive Performance Coach, and 7-Figure Entrepreneur who works with business owners and senior leaders who have achieved external success but feel misaligned in their personal lives, health, and leadership capacity. After losing his cousin Tyler and sister Jenieveve to suicide, Ivan spent 17 years numbing pain with alcohol while continuing to grow businesses and meet external expectations. On December 26, 2020, he made the decision to live sober and take full ownership of his internal world, recognizing that he could not lead others effectively while avoiding responsibility for his own health, relationships, and emotional discipline. Through that process, Ivan developed ARMOR, a personal operating system that helps high-performing leaders strengthen five interconnected areas: Aspirations, Revenue, Muscle, Oneness, and Relationships. His work is grounded in the belief that sustainable business growth is limited by a leader’s ability to lead themselves first. Ivan is also the founder of Safe Tree, a seven-figure company built on strong culture, accountability, and leadership standards. As a TEC facilitator and speaker, Ivan leads honest, experience-driven conversations around resilience, self-leadership, and performance, helping leaders close the gap between professional success and personal integrity. He lives in Niagara with his wife and three children.

Ivan’s Topics

This presentation introduces ARMOR, a personal operating system designed to help entrepreneurs and executives lead with clarity, discipline, and emotional control. ARMOR represents the outcome leaders are building: a durable internal system that supports consistent execution across business, health, relationships, and leadership—especially under pressure. ARMOR is structured around five core pillars: Aspirations, Revenue, Muscle, Oneness, and Relationships. When these pillars are aligned and actively maintained, leaders operate decisively and sustainably. When they are neglected, performance often degrades through drift, avoidance, and reactive decision-making. The presentation helps participants assess the current strength of their ARMOR and identify where internal friction or avoidance is limiting results.
