Mark Gasparotto is the President of The Gasparotto Group, a consultancy offering leadership solutions to both private and public-sector organizations. With a strategic and tactical approach, he helps clients improve leadership, resilience, team dynamics, and organizational culture. A decorated military veteran, Mark served in key leadership roles in Bosnia, Afghanistan, and Haiti, and earned a Meritorious Service Medal for his actions in Operation Medusa. He holds a Masters of Defence Studies and a Masters of Arts in Leadership, and is a co-author of Clearing the Way: Combat Engineers in Kandahar, now an award-winning documentary. Mark is passionate about personal development and leadership and balances his professional life with parenting two teenage daughters.
