Bringing lasting change to an organization is one of the toughest challenges leaders face, as people often resist change, especially when they can’t see how it will improve their situation. Effective change leadership requires mastering skills like communication, negotiation, conflict management, and vision development. The Change Operating System (COS) offers a simplified approach to change with tools such as the V.R.A.S model, Change Journey Mapping, and a unique coaching methodology. In this workshop, participants will explore the key aspects of change and apply COS tools through group discussions, small-group activities, and Q&A to experience the methodology in action and how it can benefit their businesses.

Leaders must understand what drives their people to unlock high performance, and self-awareness, along with awareness of others, are key to accelerating performance both individually and within teams. The Insights Discovery personal profile system provides valuable insights into your own behavior, as well as that of the people you work with. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn the scientific principles behind the four basic personality styles and gain practical strategies for improving team performance, handling negotiation, conflict resolution, stress, and leading through change. Through a mix of individual, pair, and group activities, participants will apply these concepts to real-world scenarios, reinforcing them for lasting impact on their daily work practices.

Whether in meetings, interviews, or formal presentations, delivering your message clearly and memorably is essential. This program will focus on enhancing critical presentation skills, including improving personal presence, maintaining audience engagement, adapting your message for different audiences, and using tools like PowerPoint and Keynote effectively. Participants will also learn the power of storytelling, the importance of visual elements, and techniques like humor, gestures, and eye contact to make their presentations impactful and memorable.

This workshop focuses on aligning people within an organization through practical business planning and people management strategies that can be immediately implemented. Participants will learn the VRAS business planning model, which helps leaders prioritize key initiatives, and explore three essential elements for successful change management: understanding people, navigating the emotional journey of change, and measuring accountability. Using the “MAX Curve” and personality styles, leaders will gain insights into how to connect with individuals and drive effective change. The workshop is highly interactive and ensures leaders leave with clear strategies to engage and hold their teams accountable for positive transformation.
