Irina’s Topics

The quality of our lives is shaped by the quality of our relationships, and the foundation of those relationships lies in the quality of our conversations. While we’re naturally wired for connection and community, many of us haven’t been taught how to elevate conversations from “good to great.” In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore Conversational Intelligence (CQ), the neuroscience of conversations, and three levels of dialogue. We’ll examine what raises and lowers CQ, trust-building, and co-creating, with the goal of transforming conversations to positively impact our relationships, work, and personal growth.

Leaders often take on roles such as visionary, motivator, manager, and problem solver, but the role of coach can be the most challenging. It’s easier to provide answers and solutions, but that doesn’t foster growth or expand the thinking and abilities of others. Coaching, however, helps people develop, move forward, and ultimately strengthens your company, family, or community.
