OTTAWA, Ontario — bluArc, Canada’s leading Hosted Business Phone & Internet Services provider, announced today that it has officially acquired Toronto-based phone company, About Communications—the deal, one that has been in negotiation since early 2018, became official on June 4, 2018.

For customers of About Communications, the acquisition brings with it a multitude of benefits including a more robust support organization, as well as new next generation Unified Communications features and functions including video conferencing, presence and chat capabilities, mobile integration, and more.
