TEC Group Vision
Dick encourages his group members to take advantage of the incredible talent that surrounds them. He believes that for a CEO to be able to solve problems and make decisions, they need to get comfortable with not being the smartest person in the room but having the smartest people in the room and to allow their teams to perform.
