Professional
An accomplished mediator, facilitator and expert in conflict management system design, Brian Gardiner has merged his extensive talents and passion for business into his role as a TEC Chair.
With years of experience working as a consultant, Brian has provided counsel to a wide range of clients. Additionally, he has held senior positions in private and government organizations, and successfully built and established two businesses.
In 1987, he founded the Canadian Dispute Resolution Corporation (CDRC), Canada’s first mediation service provider to the insurance industry and the lawyers who litigate cases against it. Within 15 years, Brian grew the business into a full-service conflict management organization, renaming it Certus Strategies and opening offices in Alberta and British Columbia. He sold his interest in the company in 2003 and immediately launched SuperOffice CRM. Once SuperOffice successfully navigated the start-up phase, he reduced his involved in the day-to-day operations to become a TEC Chair.
His work with TEC has given him the opportunity to support business leaders while gaining unique insights into the leadership challenges of today’s CEOs.
