PointClickCare, the leading cloud-based software vendor for the senior care market, and Cliniconex, an Ottawa-based patient engagement solutions vendor, have entered into an agreement that will offer senior care providers an integrated solution for resident family engagement. As part of the agreement, PointClickCare will resell Cliniconex’s Automated Care Messaging solution to customers in Canada.
