During his career spanning more than 40 years, Kevin Ogle has established himself as one of Canada’s most dependable, compassionate, and respected advisors. With extensive experience in nearly every facet of the commercial real estate (CRE) sector, Kevin has consistently led teams to record success and reliably provided a vehicle for others’ career growth – despite frequent market volatility and shifting phases in the commercial real estate cycle.
As someone who has sat at nearly every seat around the CRE table, Kevin has skillfully built and grown seven corporate enterprises that have comprised private, public, and institutional platforms in all major markets across Western Canada. His tenure and multiple executive positions at leading real estate firms – including Southland Corporation, North American Life Assurance Company, Peregrin Group of Companies, and Avison Young Real Estate – have all made him a wealth of knowledge when it comes to successfully starting, building, restructuring, and leading organizations.
Through Kevin’s direct experience with real estate, financial consulting and venture capital, and consolidation in commercial real estate, he has not only created immense value for several independent clients – but has also enriched countless domestic and foreign family trusts, pension funds, and more. With a primary focus on Canadian CRE investments, Kevin’s ability to routinely build and lead high-performing teams has been responsible for leading a myriad of his peers to personal and professional prosperity.
Now in the role of TEC Chair, Kevin invites CEOs, presidents, and business owners to gain access to TEC’s models of success, receive expert advice in a confidential environment, and strengthen their leadership skills by connecting in his peer advisory group.
