TEC’s Executive Sales Professionals are responsible for sourcing, vetting, and signing former CEOs, senior leaders, consultants and entrepreneurs who are looking to leverage their vast experience to become the leader of leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively source candidates, leading them through a structured funnel, and ultimately ensuring a strong fit with TEC
  • Engage with and vet leads generated through TEC’s active digital marketing efforts
  • Continually build and maintain a vast funnel of candidates that fit our active personas
  • Actively maintain a follow-up process to keep candidates warm and ready to sign as they progress through your funnel
  • Focus on exceeding individual, department, and organization goals
  • Leverage TEC’s CRM to effectively track and report on recruitment activities and results

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years+ of successfully selling complicated solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Bilingual French/English a highly desired asset, but not required
