With over 30 years of experience in strategic selling and marketing to a global audience, Yves Campion is a results-oriented leader who has managed across all major business functions – including marketing and sales planning, manufacturing and distribution. He has held senior executive roles in both public and private sector companies including Imprint Plus, Custom Plastics Group, BC Hydro and RJR-MacDonald/R.J. Reynolds.
A natural people person, Yves has always been drawn to sales and marketing, believing that understanding the needs and hot buttons of the customer is key to growth. He has a reputation for balancing operational excellence with sales and marketing initiatives in high growth and turnaround organizations, creating market demand, managing change, developing organizational focus, challenging people and maximizing market opportunities.
Yves’ area of specialization is the entire planning and implementation process, from research and development to opportunity assessments to the development of effective business strategies. As a TEC Chair, he leverages his experience of increasing market potential to support his members in understanding how to better position, launch or rework their products and services. Yves welcomes business leaders who are honest and are open to gaining new perspectives on pressing issues.
