Throughout Tony Gogan’s career, he’s held numerous leadership roles as CFO for companies and in senior financial positions in others. Serving as a partner in Canada’s largest professional accounting firm, Tony specialized in financial advisory services, business valuation, corporate finance and litigation loss quantification. He’s well-versed in the areas of audit, accounting, compliance income tax, and has estimated the value of businesses for acquisitions, divestitures, family transitions, shareholder and marital disputes.
Tony has worked with a wide arrange of clients, in Canada and internationally. He is a leading facilitator, who has taught corporate finance at the University of New Brunswick’s MBA program and formerly served as a lecturer for the Certified Management Accounting program of Bermuda College.
Tony brings a wealth of insight to his TEC group. Having valued companies for over 25 years in nearly every industry, he digs deep with his  members, providing them expertise on the multitude of challenges they may face.

Personal
- Very happily married to his wife Kim, since 1989, and has three wonderful children who are young adults today
- Avid traveler with his wife after spending many years living in Bermuda
- Die-hard fan of the Toronto Blue Jays for 30+ years, in good times and in bad. He’s been to half the MLB’s ballparks with his son and plans to see one a year until he’s seen them all
