Thomas Light fosters environments built on honesty, character and integrity, paired with a commitment to growth and success. He brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience with international automotive and industrial technology companies primarily with TRW & Bosch. Beginning his career in quality management, he embraced successive positions in sales, manufacturing, distribution and overall general management. In 2010, Thomas assumed the office of President and General Manager with the industrial automation division of Robert Bosch GmbH (Canada) where he led the company to impressive growth in sales and overall financial performance. He was instrumental in business transformation, accomplishing a successful SAP ERP rollout; the post-merger integration (PMI) of Hägglunds Drives AB; the creation of Aventics (Pneumatics) Canada and the implementation of a national multi-channel go-to market sales strategy.
Early In 2019 he launched his private consulting practice, Thomas Light Consulting Services,
working with CEO’s to meet profitable growth targets through cultural transformation, leadership and strategy development and customer excellence. Known for being people-oriented, Thomas believes
in a shared vision where leadership and team members enjoy coming to work each day to outperform the competition, share in the company’s success and create the value that shareholders expect of a winning organization.
