Holding a BS in physics, an MBA-Master of Business Administration, and being a business owner himself for over 30 years in the education and energy sector, Shahram Ghanbari combines science and business to offer exceptional coaching skills for both leaders and their businesses. He has focused on education and training all his life, giving him the esteemed credentials of Master of Training and Education. Possessing skills in strategic planning, organizational development, and teaching, Shahram helps companies and organizations to get to the next level of success and achievement.

With over 30 years of experience in education and training and over 20 years in the oil & gas industry, Shahram has led companies in both Canada and Iran and achieved titles like Managing Director, President, and CEO throughout his career. His experience leading teams of over 100 people who are experts in their industries has given him valuable communication skills to coach leaders of every caliber.
