With over 20 years of experience in the financial services and entrepreneurship sectors, Rebecca Griffith is a wealth of knowledge and is an invaluable resource for small business owners who are ready to focus on the strategic decisions that will lead to long-term growth.
Rebecca’s professional career includes senior-level positions at several of Canada’s largest financial institutions, including BMO Bank of Montreal and RBC Dominion Securities. During her tenure at BMO and its subsidiaries, Rebecca built and coached national sales teams that were responsible for generating over $1 billion in revenue within two years – in addition to her leading several enterprise-level strategic initiatives. Her senior management roles at Royal Bank of Canada and BMO Bank of Montreal saw her coaching and leading teams in areas of business development, marketing, and strategic alignment while successfully implementing revenue generation-based strategies for both wealth management and private banking services.
After over a decade working with high-net-worth clients – and leading national teams to address their wealth management needs – Rebecca recognized a market need for experienced divorce professionals. In 2018, this led her to become the Founder & President of the Divorce Solutions Group – a firm that mitigated the negative impact of a divorce from a financial, emotional, and legal perspective. In 2018, Rebecca also assumed the position of Business Professor at the Toronto School of Management, where she has since created and taught a multitude of business courses that span nearly every facet of commerce.
Members of Rebecca’s TEC group will experience her results-driven approach to coaching, training, and continuous process improvement. With her robust professional history of leading and managing multi-core level corporate projects and teams, Rebecca is prepared to help business owners in Southwest Ontario refine their goals, perfect their leadership skills, and create a roadmap to fulfill their vision.
