Nancy Griffin’s mission, as a TEC Chair for CEOs, is to champion stronger business leaders, who make smarter decisions and ultimately achieve better results. Guiding by a principle of “giving more than you take,” Nancy has led teams in multiple industries to continue reaching higher. Beginning with Procter & Gamble (P&G), she worked in finance before moving to the corporate HR department leading management training,organizational effectiveness, employee relations and corporate development & recruiting.
After 18 years with P&G, Nancy’s courageous nature led her to run politically at the federal level while finding her passion for community leadership in many organizations. It was here where she worked to lead change in her community, focusing on outreach initiatives and then consulting at the federal level with correctional services; Nancy’s efforts earned her the Canada 125 Award for Outstanding Community Leadership in a Federal Riding, St. Paul’s in Toronto.
Drawing on 25 years of wealth management experience as a private client wealth advisor, Nancy has worked with a diverse clientele, consulting and coaching them on their personal lifetime and legacy goals, while working on total family wealth plans with awareness for the next generations. As a champion of bringing women to the table for personal wealth advice, Nancy is the Founder and President of the trademark program “Women, Worth and Wellness” an initiative focused on the whole individual through health, wealth, net worth and self-worth. Nancy champions many philanthropic organizations, especially in the overall wellness category, to ensure women get a very positive return on their lives, not just their portfolios.

• Husband of 50 years (celebrated December 2019)
• One daughter and son-in-law, with two very lovely and special granddaughters
• Active in skiing, golfing, volunteering and formerly marathons and farming
• Dedicated community leadership, serving on the Town of Blue Mountains Economic Advisory and Agricultural Advisory committees, along with The Institute of Southern Georgian Bay (TISBG) Speakers’ Committee and Board
