Professional

Kieron Dowling is a people-oriented problem solver who has elevated numerous organizations by building high-performing teams. He brings over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles in both national and global firms. As an entrepreneur, he’s led two start-ups in the high-tech and telecom sectors, from ideation through profitability.

As the former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for telecommunications giant, Nortel Networks, Kieron was responsible for leading the wireless business unit in Canada, working with all major telecommunication service providers. During his tenure with Nortel, Kieron was presented with the prestigious ‘Spirit of Nortel’ award, granted to the employee who best exemplifies Nortel’s core values.

Bringing big ideas to the table and with robust dedication, Kieron has been widely sought after to set and exceed ambitious targets. An inspirational leader, Kieron was appointed as the CEO of Cygnal Technologies, tasked with designing and implementing an aggressive turnaround plan to drive business strategy, market/revenue growth and both organizational & debt/finance restructuring. As the Global Vice President of Celestica Inc., Kieron was responsible for building and developing the sales and marketing team to facilitate international growth across the US, Europe, Asia and South America.

Leaders who work with Kieron will be welcomed by his ability to adapt to their individual needs; he describes his leadership style as mentoring through principle rather than procedure. By consistently focusing on actions and solutions, Kieron is eager to enhance the personal and professional lives of several senior leaders in the Toronto area.
