Recognized as a trusted mentor and sales and marketing leader in the technology industry, he has proudly helped numerous direct reports rise to C-suite roles through one-on-one coaching and supporting the journey to realizing their full potential.

Ken is known for his ability to launch new technologies into international markets, and for evolving the culture and operational resilience of businesses under constant change. In addition to his executive roles in both public and private companies and founding his own successful ventures, Ken has mentored entrepreneurs in a multitude of early-stage and scale-up companies to realize 400% year-over-year performance—and even achieve IPO status.

Through his successful consulting practice, Ken has dedicated his most recent years to helping leaders define their goals and achieve their maximum personal and organizational trajectory. Now, as a TEC Canada Chair, Ken has a new capacity to help business leaders in the Greater Toronto Area solve their most pressing challenges and leverage opportunities in a confidential safe space.
