Ken Kirk is a passionate, results-orientated leader that has perfected the formula for consistently exceeding organizational goals and objectives. Throughout his dynamic business career – which spans more than 30 years as a business development professional – Ken has routinely achieved top-line revenue growth, successfully penetrated new markets, and cultivated the displacement of competitors through his execution of targeted tactics and high-level strategies.
Ken’s aptitude for creating long-term value within organizations – centered around customers, markets, and relationships – has extended a multitude of industries and business sectors across North America. His vast resume of accolades includes doubling the number of automotive industry clients in the northeastern US market for the next-generation computer-based safety systems offered by Chubb Systems; additionally, he’s led the establishment of KPMG’s first Power & Utility North American Master Agreement – which grew to an annual $5M in continuous support. Additionally, Ken also facilitated the $32M proposal and subsequent implementation of the first Application Service Provider at BearingPoint, a multinational management and technology consulting firm headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
It isn’t just Ken’s accomplishments that make him perfectly positioned for the role of TEC Canada Chair, as his reputation for uniting diverse C-Suite executives by human-centric methods of listening closely, unpacking issues, and then identifying obstacles and growth opportunities work in tandem with his decades of commerce performance – equipping his members with a package of all-encompassing tools for success.
Accompanying Ken’s abundance of corporate success, his philanthropic efforts include reinvigorating the Ride-for-Sight fundraising event, which now raises more than $1 million annually, and being a loyal supporter of Habitat for Humanity for over 20 years. As CEO of a Habitat Canadian affiliate, Ken has led the efforts that have doubled the home construction for those in need.
