Having immigrated to Canada over 10 years ago, Gautam quickly found success, starting and joining many organizations and boards, and being named to Canada’s Top 25 Immigrants two years into his arrival. Recently, Gautam was named to Canada’s Top 50 Diversity Board Professionals. He has led large organizations as well as startup companies with innovative strategies, growing revenue for BM Marketing by 180% in four years. Much of Gautam’s work has been on strategic positioning, and he created the branding plan for Third Eye Research to position them as the only agency in Canada specializing in multicultural research. Having worked in numerous industries and travelled globally, Gautam sees the big picture when it comes to supporting leaders and organizations, while providing tailored initiatives at the consumer level.
