Davender’s passion is to equip managers, founders and entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills and confidence to enter, engage and lead their markets by thinking and acting strategically. He is an accomplished consultant, trainer and speaker, highly appreciated for his practical approach to business. His thought-provoking questions, help clients get clarity on understanding their mission and integrating this both personally and professionally to grow.
Davender believes that adopting a discipline of strategic thinking and action to get results is key to success. He began his career in an innovation-rich environment working on special projects for the Royal Canadian Air Force. In 1995, he began his own business in technology consulting, which led him to join a team who raised $10M in venture capital for a cutting-edge healthcare solution. It was there that Davender recognized the need to be execution-oriented. This motivated him to pursue coaching to help others develop an executional mindset. Today, Davender is an active growth strategy coach for several Montreal and Quebec entrepreneurship acceleration programs. He also recently co-founded the eight-week Défi Croissance Montréal Growth Challenge.
