Equipped with over 35 years of senior executive experience, Bill Morrison is a results-oriented leader with an extensive record of growing companies and fostering organizational change. Throughout his strengths-based approach to guiding employees and teams to achieve their best, Bill has piloted all areas of large corporate activity, including strategic planning, corporate restructuring, operational financial management, and distribution development – while demonstrating expertise in selecting, developing, and empowering teams to reach peak performance levels.

Bill’s robust experience encompasses launching successful new companies including Ace Canada and Home Outfitters by harnessing the power of self-advocacy, vision, and drive within others to accomplish the strategic restructuring and mergers of several Canadian and U.S. companies. Within his diverse professional background, Bill has assumed the roles of President of Ace Canada, President & CEO of TruServ Canada, President & COO of HDS Retail USA, Vice President of Hudson’s Bay Company, and the Vice President of Foot Locker.

By repeatedly orchestrating the synergy between excellent corporate culture and revenue generation, Bill has built a substantial record of outstanding performance – which includes exceeding divisional sales and profit targets while selecting, recruiting, and training high-performing teams.
