TEC Group Vision
Through a commitment to growth, Andrew looks forward to working with Knowledge-Based Small Business CEOs to take their companies (often mature start-ups) to the next level. Start-ups are often transitioning from a ‘CEO-leads-everything’ mode to a more sustainable organizational structure. Andrew uses his experience in large and small organizations to look at issues through various lenses. Additionally, his R&D background positions him to understand important obstacles start-up businesses must overcome in the pursuit of success.
