Our Operations team oversees the support and growth of new building and existing partners including onboarding, training, and development.

The role of the Client Support Advisor (Client Relationship Partner) will be closely linked to the Partner Development and Support Manager. With elements of driving the growth of TEC Partner community through onboarding, training, and development. This role will be engaged in a regular touch-base with partners to stimulate their group build and sustain post-launch growth.

We are looking to add to our team a 18 month maternity leave and permanent role with this posting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage partner onboarding process: set up expectations and outline build process, schedule training, assign a build coach, review the post-training milestones and targets
  • Support partner group growth and retention post-launch by providing regular reporting on the growth targets, analysis of member satisfaction metrics and identifying additional training and development opportunities
  • Routinely hold face-to-face meetings, managing the relationship in a professional, ethical, and disciplined manner while holding the partners accountable to their growth targets
  • Timely escalation of at-risk partner accounts to Partner Development and Support Manager for further review and action
  • Maintain up-to-date guides and manuals as it relates to the evolvement of the role over time
  • Re-enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Provide partner support coverage when other team members are away
  • Support the team and department with other duties as required
  • Other ongoing projects as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in an account management type of a role
  • Ability to establish strong rapport with C-Suite level partners through candid conversations
  • Ability to have a difficult conversation and hold partners accountable
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
  • You can adapt quickly to changing projects and the pressure of a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of CRM; preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience using ZOOM for meeting facilitation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual French/English a desired asset, but not required
